Life is suffering. Everything changes. I don’t exist. When we open our eyes to the fact that our body and emotions are not who we are, that’s when we see through the suffering and transience of life to discover the living divinity that moves within us.

Tao Fellowship

I learned these lessons in the Tao Fellowship program after shim sung. Everyone should take tao fellowship at least 3 times. It really awakens your brain!

The earth is the root of our life. Seeing the earth as the center of all values is the most important key on the path to earth peace.

Tao means the way and path. Fellowship means a group of people that join together for a common purpose or interest. So, Tao Fellowship means a group of people that join together for the same purpose and be on the same path.
