We are doing brain wave vibration in class now and members love it. We do it after jung choong breathing and before ji gam. It lasts for about five minutes and we don’t use music. Members really see a benefit both physically in their necks and mentally with a more relaxed brain!

Deep jung choong breating
burnedbright on Oct 18th 2007 09:53 pm
Today our regional director gave us a special training - deep jung choong breating. I’m so excited because after 2 years I’m finally getting the feeling of jung choong breathing. I focused on keeping my entire back flat on the floor which helped me breath a lot more deeply. I have too much curve in my lower back, so i have to use some adbomen strength to push my lower back flat to the floor. It created a straight line from the top of my head down to my tail bone. I could feel a lot of energy move down the line to my dahn jon. What a great feeling!!!
The most important awakening from tonight’s training is that it’s in the exhale that we accumlate energy, not the inhale. Like most of the world, I used to believe the opposite. Now I know and I’ll focus on my exhale a lot more as I go through my day!!!
Thank you Ilchi Lee for giving us this precious gift.

Ilchi Lee in Identity

| Ilchi Lee in Identity |
| From Ilchi Lee’s book The Twelve Enlightenments
We now need to escape from a limited physical self-identity and overcome spiritual-informational obstacles such as the concept of nationality, ethnicity, and religion. We now need to understand life in a more comprehensive and fundamental level and to use that understanding to engage in a discussion to plan an ideal “life” on Earth and how to help each other to achieve such “life.” |

postures!

| Il-si Posture One Beginning With precise practice and training of this posture, the hips are automatically aligned and the body stands straight. Breathing also naturally descends to the Dahn-jon (lower abdomen), so the energy of the lower body is readily gathered there. Il-bon |

My brain is amazing
| Ilchi Lee on Imagination |
| From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
Our imaginings seem random, without any specific characteristics and without limit, but, in fact, that is not the way it works. Imagination is as unique as an individual’s own character and as the reality that individual experiences. |

Good habit can creat good life ^*^
| Ilchi Lee: help Your Children Form Good Habits |
| From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
Parents should always watch their children carefully to enable them to form good habits. A child’s brain is like a sponge, responding sensitively to the energy around it. And that is not all; it is so strongly receptive that it will copy parents’ words, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in their entirety. A child’s brain waves are stable when his or her parents have good values and healthy bodies and minds. |

Focus on Yourself
GoldOR on Sep 28th 2007 02:46 pm
To make my vision come true, I need to let go from inside of me.
| Ilchi Lee: Focus on Yourself |
| From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
Without a goal, we have no choice but to endlessly chase after the thoughts of others. We envy those who know more or have more than we do, and we live out our lives completely forgetting our own brains. Such things happen to us often unless we are focused on ourselves. |
