This week I started doing DahnMuDo practice every morning at 5:30. The difference in my day has been amazing! I feel so centered throughout the day. And when I do fall into emotion, I can more easily get back using physical exercise.

For those of you without a 21 day miracle goal, try DahnMuDo every morning for 21 days!
