Be thankful for reality. Disease enters the body through resentment. The way to revive your energy is to be grateful to yourself. It will enable you to live, gain confidence, and experience joy. If you don't know how to be grateful to yourself and how to be thankful for your destiny, you will feel constantly frustrated and grow anxious. Darkness finds us when we lose gratitude.
Many mindsets chase after us in the dark. Sadness, loneliness, anger, and dislike of others find a place within us. In our bodies is an energy that enables us to recover, to be very healthy. It will manifest itself if we acknowledge it and are grateful. Do you feel the energy circulating and flowing in your body? Are you thankful for that energy?
