When I  do  the  basic  18  joint  exercise……I  can  really  feel  my body  gaining  strength from my core.  Not  only I  could  feel  heat  and  energy  in my core , but  within  my bones  and  muscles really  opening my  heart.  These  are  just  the  basics,  and  I  haven’t  even  got to  the  diffrent  aspects  of  Dahnmudo.  What  a  precious  exercise,  so grateful to  do it.
