The body and brain function to create with continuously repeated concentration. We cannot do all of our various, difficult training exercises from the beginning. Continuous repetition creates this ability. This is something our brains create for us. With continued concentration, our brains change our bodies, enabling us to do these exercises. What happens, though, if we quit? That’s the end of it; our development stops right there. What’s important is choosing something good and then concentrating on what you have chosen. All you have to do is respect and remain true to that choice. If you continue to repeat it, what you chose will be achieved.
It’s empowering to know that what I choose can be achieved, but it’s takes diligence to get what I want. It won’t just appear out of thin air. I really want this world to be a better place. And I need to keep going with all my effort to make it better!

I am ready to come into my own.
I am ready to affect the world in a positive way. I want to be able to walk into a room, and just by my level of consciousness, am able to heal others because I exist.
When people look at my face they glow, because they feel the love emanating from every cell in my body. This is my vision for myself…
Through practicing Dahn I am able to have this vision for myself. I am so lucky to even dream of wanting this.

When you come to a Dahn yoga class…You are essentially circulating ki in your body head to toe. It is amazing how you are able to really feel your energy body… ALso you are able to feel heat in your belly and are able to feel a cool head. This dynamic supports proper circulation. This is great for your organs and your brain. Very fantastic!

Il chi lee states:
” Ask your brain and confirm its answer with your heart.
Your soul send you messages to your brain. THe feelings in your heart tell you how true those messages are. If you wish to be guided by your soul, ask your brain and confirm its answers with your heart. ”
Always ask your brain for the real answers… your brain is never wrong..

dr. Ilchi Lee says,
“Human beings are the only hope…
The power to create a better worl is not found in heavan or earth. Rather, it depends on choices put into action made by those with the insight and bravery to look upon the world without selfishness. “

Before saying that their child has a problem, parents should first put effort into examining themselves. Becoming a good parent is easier said than done, but you will grow with your child in that process. |

| Ilchi Lee: Manage Their Brains, Not Their Grades |
| From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
The problem is that, although we have a great deal of good information, we lack the wisdom to use it and the courage to choose it. This also goes for children. Their brains are already worn out from exposure to so much information. We should concern ourselves more with managing our children’s brains than managing their grades. |

| Ilchi Lee: The Perfection of Imperfection |
| From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
There are no perfect parents in this world. Human beings are imperfect, but it is that very imperfection that allows them to keep growing. If they go along with the thinking that says they should entrust their children to the care of professional educators because their own experience is incomplete, then there is nothing at all parents will be able to do for their kids. |

| Ilchi Lee: Parents Teach Spirit |
| From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
You may be able to entrust the outside of your child to others, but the core you must protect yourself. “Knowledge” is what children learn outside the home. Parents are the ones who can teach “spirit.” One does not become a respected parent by seeming on the outside to have worldly success and by knowing a lot. Wonderful parents are those who live honestly and openly, who have their own convictions about life. Only then can they serve as bright, clear mirrors for their children. |

| Ilchi Lee: Parenthood Is the Highest Honor |
| From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
No position in the world is greater than that of Father and Mother. The position of parent is greater than any other in the world, including those of president, government minister, and CEO. |
